KUDOKE

KUDOKE is an independent German haute horlogerie brand founded by master watchmaker Stefan Kudoke. Based in the Saxon watchmaking region of Germany, the brand is renowned for its artistic hand-finishing, skeletonized movements, distinctive floral and celestial motifs, and highly individual approach to mechanical watchmaking.

Kudoke represents a modern form of independent German horology, combining traditional craftsmanship with Stefan Kudoke's personal artistic language. The watches are produced in very limited quantities, with significant attention given to hand engraving, polishing, and movement decoration. The brand's work has earned recognition among collectors seeking small-production watches with a strong individual identity.

Founder – Stefan Kudoke

Stefan Kudoke is the founder and master watchmaker behind KUDOKE. Born in Dresden, Germany, he trained as a watchmaker before gaining experience in restoration and high-end watchmaking.

He established his own atelier to pursue an independent approach in which traditional German mechanical watchmaking could be combined with his own artistic vision. His work is particularly recognizable for elaborate hand-finishing and the use of nature-inspired motifs.

Kudoke's HANDwerk series demonstrates this philosophy through extensively hand-decorated movements, while the KUDOKE 2 introduced a distinctive interpretation of the traditional hours-and-minutes display combined with an independent jumping-hour mechanism.
